Order processing generally takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the following Monday.)
Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on your order form once shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be verified and processed. Be sure to check your Spam folder for tracking emails. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service. After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24-72 hours.
Orders cannot be changed once your payment is complete.
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within FIVE (5) DAYS of you receiving your order. We take pride in having a very low return rate. We are proud of the high quality hair extensions and products  that we offer. However, we do understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, and the Divine Hands Hair Studio seal has not be tampered or torn.

Before we are able to refund your package, you must contact us first at (833)-838-4247 (HAIR) during business hours within the five (5) day return period. All Divine Hands Hair Studio Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened, in it's original packaging, and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.

** Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Divine Hands Hair Studio hair seal on the bundle has been broken.
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method on file after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Divine Hands Hair Studio security seal had not been tampered or broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card on file within 24-48Hrs.
Yes, you can make an exchange within five (5) days of receiving your order. The Divine Hands Hair Studio hair seal MUST NOT be broken. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped or worn. Hair must be uncombed, unbrushed, and untouched. If the hair is altered, we will return the hair back to you. You are responsible for shipping your return back to you.

All sales are final on hair that has been colored.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return via USPS with a tracking number because we can not be responsible for lost returns.
