• Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days. SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received. If a product is on backorder, we will notify you via email. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it.

  • We are not responsible for late shipment due to carrier delays, inclement weather, holidays, or natural disasters. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

  • Orders placed prior to 5:00 pm (EST) will be processed that day. If the order is placed after 5:00 pm (EST), we will begin processing the order on the next business day.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. An insurance claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.  No refunds or replacements will be sent out until receiving notice from the shipping carrier.
